Publication Model

Review of Public Policy and Social Systems follows an open access publication model. This allows all published articles to be freely accessible to readers without subscription or access barriers.

To support the editorial process and publication workflow, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

The APC ensures high-quality editorial support, rigorous peer review, and global accessibility of your research.

No payment is required at the time of submission. APC is payable only after successful peer review and formal acceptance of the manuscript.

The APC is applicable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer review process and has been formally accepted for publication. No charges apply to manuscripts that are rejected or withdrawn prior to acceptance.

Waiver Policy

The journal understands that authors may face financial constraints. In such cases, requests for partial or full waivers may be considered.

Authors who wish to apply for a waiver are encouraged to mention their request at the time of submission along with a brief explanation. All waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Waiver requests should be included in the cover letter at the time of manuscript submission. Requests submitted after acceptance may not be considered.

Payment Policy

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Detailed payment instructions are shared with the corresponding author upon acceptance.

Payment must be completed before the article proceeds to final production and online publication. Authors will receive a payment confirmation and receipt upon successful processing.

Refund Policy

The journal operates a straightforward refund policy to ensure clarity for all authors.

Refunds are not applicable once the article has entered the final production stage.

  • No charges are applied for rejected manuscripts
  • Once a manuscript has been accepted and processing has begun, fees are generally non-refundable
  • Exceptional cases are reviewed at the discretion of the editorial office
